1 tsp. cinnamon1 cup rolled oats1/4 tsp. sea salt1 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips1/4 cup toasted pecans
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray a cookie sheet or line it with parchment paper. Combine oats, cinnamon and salt in a mixing bowl. Once well mixed add in the applesauce, chocolate chips and pecans and mix well. Drop tablespoon size cookies on to your baking sheet. If you like your cookies flat then give them a tiny push down. Bake for 14-16 minutes.
